Non-member price to buy report from NAR - $125 and get MAR and Industry news and trends in the real estate market from Bay State REALTOR® Magazine delivered right to your door. Non-members pay $40.00 for an annual subscription.
April – Get all 6 of the required Continuing Education Classes for license renewal for FREE taught by experienced instructors during the year. Value of $150. To register for free CE’s go to the calendar online at www.ncmar.com. Also coming in early 2010, free online continuing education courses will save you at least $100.
June – Having trouble setting up your home office computer network, call the Free MAR Tech Hotline and save the $79.00 per-incident charge from calling technical support.
July – MAR’s Government Affairs Staff worked on the members’ behalf to help defeat a proposed tax on services that, if passed, would have cost the average agent $2,000 per year.
August – Need information on conducting a short sale or how to properly stage a house? Members get access to those webinars and more for free. Save up to $189.00 on similar webinars that don’t have the local perspective.
September – As a Massachusetts resident you are required to have health insurance, if you use the MAR’s REALTOR Healthcare program, the typical REALTOR® can save at least $300 per year.
October – Access to free and discounted forms can save the average member $120 per year. Paper forms, escrow folders, co detectors, decals, lockboxes and d-keys are available at the NCMAR office.
November – Help your clients understand what it takes to get their home sold by providing them NAR’s “Getting it Sold” brochure through NAR's Right Tools Right Now campaign. Members can download it for free or save $29.49 over the non-member list price for the printed version.
December – Average Americans spent $816 for the holidays. By making those purchases through shopmarealtor.com, you could earn cash back on average of 5%, which would save you $41.00.
The “12 Months to Free Dues” highlights how using just one member benefit per month for a whole year can easily pay for a member’s annual dues.
