North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® serves the real estate community in the following cities and towns: Ashburnham, Ashby, Athol, Ayer, Bolton, Clinton, Fitchburg, Gardner, Groton, Harvard, Hubbardston, Lancaster, Leominster, Lunenburg, Orange, Pepperell, Petersham, Phillipston, Princeton, Royalston, Shirley, Sterling, Templeton, Townsend, Westminster and Winchendon.

The North Central Massachusetts Association was formed to unite those engaged in the real estate business for the purpose of education, ethics enforcement, advocacy and protection of private property rights. The Association is exempt under Code Section 501 (c) (6) from income taxes on income related to the primary functions of the organization.
