The NCMAR Real Estate School runs the USPAP 7 Hour Update Course twice per year with AQB Certified Instructor Gary Bourque.  The class covers Scope of Work, the new 2008 Qualifications, “Comp Checks,” Update of Value, Recertification, and more.

We have also added an update course for the new FHA/VA laws.  This class is extremely important because as of February 7, 2008, FHA Regulations have changed!  Learn how to be approved for the FHA Roster, changes to the Appraisal Inspection & Reporting requirements and procedures, aspects of different programs including 203K Rehabilitations, and how to increase your volume of business!

 

Both classes will be held at the NCMAR office’s classroom at 40 Summer Street in Fitchburg from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
