Online Payment Instructions

To pay online you'll need to login into your account.  To do so click here.  If you need your login credentials please contact Justin  Once you are logged into your account click on the green Accounts Balance box on the left.  This will bring up the list of orders associated with your account. 

At or near the top there will be an order item titled 2018 Dues Cycle - Dues Cycle.  Click on the Pay Dues link to the right of this order.  This will take you to the payment section.  

The order summary page reviews your dues order.  If you do not wish to contribute to RPAC, click the Edit link next the RPAC item and choose "You do not wish to contribute at this time".  If you wish to contribute to RPAC with a different amount than the $25 you may enter the new amount on the left.  Then click on the Update your Order on the bottom of the screen.  Once you are ready to pay, click on the Pay Now button at the bottom of the screen.  

Enter in your card information as requested.  All fields must be filled.  You may choose to enter in your home address manually or click the Home Address button to auto-fill the information from your profile.  Click Continue when you are finished.

Review the last page to confirm the amount and then click Submit Payment when you are ready.  Once the payment is processed you'll see a similar screen with the ability to print your payment receipt.

RPAC Contribution Disclaimer
Contributions to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® Political Action Committee (Mass RPAC) are not deductible for State and Federal income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or a
decision not to contribute.  You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. 100% of each personal contribution up to $500 is used by Mass RPAC to support state and local candidates. Any amount over $500 is sent to National RPAC to support Federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. § 30116. State regulations limit contributions to $500 maximum per individual to MASS RPAC in any calendar year. Under both Federal and State Law only personal contributions (checks not drawn from corporate accounts) can be donated to RPAC. If you wish to pay with corporate funds, 100% of your contribution will be directed to NAR’s Political Advocacy Fund, which utilizes the funds to engage in other federal political activities.

Dues Deductibility
Dues payments to the NCMAR for local, state and national REALTOR dues are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of associations’ lobbying activities. The amount of MAR dues for 2016 not deductible for income tax purposes is $16. The amount of NAR dues for 2016 not deductible for income tax purposes is $50.
