Every two years, members of the North Central MA Association of REALTOR who volunteer to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee meet to improve and revise the Strategic Plan for the next two years. With long term planning in mind and a knowledge of coming trends in the real estate industry, these committee members outline the goals and strategies to make our association vibrant, successful and professional.
Our association is governed by the By-Laws as established by the National Association of REALTORS and updated throughout the years. This living document sets the guidelines for our association to follow regarding membership, code of ethics, and more.
The Policy Manual is a historical and living document of all policies as voted by the NCMAR Board of Directors.
