Business Partner Membership in NCMAR is for individuals and companies who are involved in real estate related industries but are not actively licensed real estate agents or brokers. NCMAR Business Partner members have access to all the same benefits and activities that our REALTOR members do at NCMAR.

The greatest benefit to NCMAR Membership for our Business Partners is the ability to put themselves and their company in front of our members. While any company could communicate with our members outside our organization, Business Partners are better received because of their commitment to our organization and its ideals. Our networking and meetings are only for NCMAR members giving you exclusive access to promote yourself and your company to our membership.

REALTOR Membership is all about working together for the benefit of each other and our communities. We actively work with our Business Partners towards the same goal of building working relationships that are beneficial to all sides. We want to help our Business Partners succeed and grow their business network and profile. We maintain a Business Partner roster that we share with the public and our members so that your information is always at hand.
Expertise
Our Business Partners are given special opportunities to showcase their skills, knowledge, and expertise by teaching seminars and classes for our members. This coordination allows us to keep our members up to date on current topics and gives our Business Partners a chance to make more connections and promote their businesses. We hold dozens of education classes and training throughout the year and we always give our Business Partners the first opportunity to teach and present at these events.
