What is the Charitable Foundation?
Established in 2006, the Charitable Foundation of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors® is a voluntary organization within our Board to help promote, enrich, and enhance the health and well-being of children, adults, and families of limited economic resources in our community. We also raise funds for charitable purposes in connection to therewith making grants to other 501c3 organizations like Holiday Helping Hands, the Linen Drive, and Haitian Outreach.

Holiday Helping Hands
During the holiday season, our members and friends rally together to bring a little bit of joy to local families and individuals during the holidays.

Throughout the year, we collect food and linen donations to give to the members of our community that need them most. Previously, we’ve donated to
Haitian Outreach
In an effort to make a difference globally, we sponsor children from Haiti in hopes to give them a better life through the opportunity to attend school and get an education.
